29 CFR 1910.141(d)(1): General. Washing facilities shall be maintained in a sanitary condition. a. Basement near loading docks- On or about October 14, 2014, employees were required to utilize bathrooms which were found to be in an unsanitary condition. Thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with unsanitary bathroom facilities.
