29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: a) Production Area; On or about August 22, 2023, and at time prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that employees were made aware of the location of the Safety Data Sheets for the hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, Phosphoric Acid, Sulfuric acid Acetic Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, and Hydro sulfuric Acid, which employees are required to batch daily.
