29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical a) Production Area; On or about August 22, 2023, and at time prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that containers of hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, Phosphoric Acid, Sulfuric acid Acetic Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, and Hydro sulfuric Acid were labeled with the chemical's name as well as the health and physical hazards associated with the chemical. b) Lab; On or about August 22, 2023, and at time prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that containers of hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, Phosphoric Acid, Sulfuric acid Acetic Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, and Hydro sulfuric Acid were labeled with the chemical's name as well as the health and physical hazards associated with the chemical. c) Shelves outside of Lab; On or about August 22, 2023, and at time prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that containers of hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, Phosphoric Acid, Sulfuric acid Acetic Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, and Hydro sulfuric Acid were labeled with the chemical's name as well as the health and physical hazards associated with the chemical. d) Production Floor: On or about August 22, 2023, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer has not provided chemical identification on containers that contained hazardous waste. e) Production Area: On or About August 22, 2023, and at times prior employees were exposed to a fire and chemical hazard, in that the employer did not provide employees with a safe and effective way of cleaning up hazardous waste chemicals.
