29 CFR 1910.1026(h)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that employees removed all protective clothing and equipment contaminated with chromium (VI) at the end of the work shift or at the completion of their tasks involving chromium (VI) exposure, whichever came first: a) Production Area- Hexavalent Chrome Tank; On or about August 22, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to hexavalent chromium hazards, in that the employer did not require employees to remove contaminated clothing after batching chromium phosphate and was exposed to hexavalent chromium.
