29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: a) Facility located at 9000 River Road, Delair, NJ: The employer failed to provide a training program to the designated first aid responders at the facility, which included all the required elements of the standard. The training was provided by The Red Cross and did not address specific policies and procedures of the facility to include their post exposure control plan, occurred on or about 5/13/2015. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
