29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical and inclined belts shall be enclosed by a guard conforming to standards in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section. a) Kill Plant - On or about September 18, 2012 a 1/2 inch vertical belt on the drive mechanism of the RKSII Rotary Knife Sharpener was not guarded exposing employees to the hazard of being caught between belt and pulley. The belt is approximately a foot away from the on/off switch.
