29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: Calumet Lubricants does not perform an evaluation, location by location, of areas to determine the number an d location of all confined spaces in the refinery. This violation was documented on or about September 22, 2010. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this ci tation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including the steps that it is taking to ensure that employee s are not being exposed to the hazards of confined space entry.
