29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet Employees engaged in fabrication, body and spray paint operations throughout the facility were exposed to multiple hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, corrosives, flammables, potential carcinogens, skin and respiratory sensitizers and irritants found in spray paints, coatings, paint removers, solvents and other products and the employer did not ensure a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present at the facility was compiled and included with the written program.
