29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: On or about October 08, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that junction boxes were covered in the Heat Treat Department, exposing employees to the hazard of electrical shock. a. On mold oven #4, wiring for the 110 Volt junction box was missing covers in two areas. b. On mold oven # 2, the transformers were missing covers on both sides of the oven.
