29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about October 08, 2014, the employer did not ensure that the unused openings in the following electrical boxes were effectively closed, exposing employees to the hazards of electrical shock. a. In the Foundry on Melt Deck G & H, the 110 Volt junction box was missing a knockout on the side of the box. b. In the CNC Department on the back side of the 220 volt Moriseiki LL-7 CNC Machine, two knockouts were not closed.
