29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about July 28, 2014 the employer did not ensure that strain relief was provided on a cable that was providing electrical current to a motor on a hammer mill in the production area exposing employees to electrical hazards.
