29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel and were located in the vicinity of easily ignitable material: a)9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Billet Saw number 2: Electrical overcurrent devices did not have sufficient work space about them and were not readily accessible in an emergency situation due to being blocked by easily ignitable materials items including but not limited to cardboard, containers, chemicals, observed on or about 4/16/15. b)9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Building 11, Upper Level of Fabrication Area: Electrical overcurrent devices did not have sufficient work space about them and were not readily accessible in an emergency situation due to being blocked by a shelving unit full of parts, observed on or about 4/16/15. c)9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Building 10, Lower Vault, Danieli Press: Electrical overcurrent devices were not readily accessible in an emergency situation due to being blocked by items including but not limited to cardboard, containers, chemicals, and parts, observed on or about 4/16/15. d)9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Mold Maintenance: Electrical overcurrent devices were not readily accessible in an emergency situation due to being blocked by items including but not limited to cardboard, containers, chemicals, and parts, observed on or about 4/16/15.
