29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: Site- The employer did not provide adequate safe electrical work practice training to employees exposed to electric shock and arc flash hazards that included, but not limited to; inspection procedures and requirements for electrically insulated rubber gloves, inspection procedures and requirements for fuse handling equipment, personal protective equipment to be worn while performing hazard category 4 work, procedures for opening 2400 volt fused disconnects, and test equipment to be used to verify an absence of voltage.
