29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): All junction boxes and each outlet box were not provided with an approved cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: The employer does not ensure all junction boxes and each outlet box are provided with an approved cover or faceplate. This violation was observed on or about November 25, 2014 in the structure area, fin tube shop and metalizing area. Employees are exposed to electrical hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken ensure that all junction boxes and outlet boxes have covers, faceplates, or fixture canopies.
