29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles may have no live parts normally exposed to employee contact. However, rosettes and cleat-type lampholders and receptacles located at least 2.44 m (8.0 ft) above the floor may have exposed terminals: a. On or about March 14, 2018, located in the women's restroom in the main office area, there were two lamp holders above the sink on each side of the mirror that had openings in their base exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard of 120 VAC.
