29 CFR 1910.1052(e)(3): The employer did not supply a respirator, selected in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1052(g)(3) to each person who entered a regulated area and did not require each affected employee to use that respirator whenever methylene chloride exposures were likely to exceed the 8-hour time weighted average permissible exposure limit or short term exposure limit: An employee used Naked Gun Spray Gun Paint Remover containing 30-60% methylene chloride and the employer failed to provide each employee an appropriate respirator that complied with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1052(g)(3).
