29 CFR 1910.334 (a)(3)(i): A flexible cord used with grounding type equipment did not contain an equipment grounding conductor. This violation was observed on or about April 17, 2023, where a large metal cased floor fan located on the west wall near the paint booth was missing a grounding pin. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure that all flexible cords and/or cables are maintained in safe operating condition.
