29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: a) Production Area; On or about August 23, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employees are required to transport drums and totes of hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Phosphoric Acid that is stacked too high and obstructs the operator's view when driving forward.
