29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: ALON USA, LP, 200 Refinery Road, Big Spring, TX. The employer does not ensure all circuit breakers are identified. This violation was observed on or about April 15, 2009 in the following instance: The circuit breakers in electric panel LPA located in the #1 Sulfur Recovery Unit panel rack are not marked to identify their purposes. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that all circuit breakers are marked to identify their purpose.
