29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about July 8, 2014 employees were exposed to three instances of electrical shock hazards in that the employer used temporary power cords for permanent power. a) Temporary power cord used to power the lights in the employee bathroom located in the garage area. b) Temporary power cord used to power heater in the employee bathroom located in the garage area. c) Temporary power cord used to power the mixer mechanism on the cement mixer.
