29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective: a. On or about February 28, 2018, located in Mandrel Hose "Geese" Finishing Room, there was a Patton Electrical Company floor fan, model number 1010MP, serial number 645411, that had no grounding pin, thereby exposing the employees to an electrical shock hazard.
