29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: On or about August 28, 2018, on the production floor in the maintenance area; an electrical cable was run through a hole of a metal wall. The electrical cable was energized and connected to the chop saw which was being used by maintenance employees. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
