29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: North Reactor Room, East Wall: An extension cord was plugged into an outlet used to power a length of heat tape. The heat tape is used to prevent a water line from freezing when the temperatures drop. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
