29 CFR 1910.304(b)(2)(iv)(B): Ground-fault circuit-interrupter protected receptacles shall be provided where replacements are made at receptacle outlets that are required to be so protected elsewhere in this subpart: a. On or about March 8, 2018, located in the Mandrel Hose Geese Finishing Room, employees operated the water saws where there were electrical boxes that did not have a ground-fault circuit-interrupter, thereby exposing employees to an electrical shock of 120 VAC.
