29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There shall be no damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: a. On or about February 28, 2018, located outside the Banbury exit door, there was a dust collector that had a 480 VAC disconnect that had significant water damage from the outdoor elements to the front cover and inside bottom of the disconnect box. The disconnect also was missing its throw switch handle, thereby exposing employees to electrical shock, fire and/or arc flash hazards.
