29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): All junction boxes and each outlet box was not provided with an approved cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. a) This violation was observed on or about April 17, 2023, where an electrical panel was observed missing its cover. The panel was located in the middle section of the facility, outside of the maintenance shop. b) This violation was observed on or about April 17, 2023, where a pendent box was observed missing its cover. The pendant box was located beneath the 700-ton hydraulic press in the middle of the facility. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure all junction boxes and each outlet box are provided with an approved covers or faceplates.
