1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed. a) This violation was observed on or about April 17, 2023, where a 480-volt pull box was missing a pre-punched knockout. The pull box is identified as #1 and is located along the west wall of facility, north of plasma table. b) This violation was observed on or about April 17, 2023, where a 4-way outlet box was not effectively closed. The pull box is located along the west wall of facility, north of plasma table. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure that unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings are effectively closed.
