29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a. On or about March 3, 2015, the pulley and belt drive for the number 1 ammonia condenser was not guarded to protect employees walking on the condenser cat walk, exposing employees to an amputation hazard at the ingoing nip point. b. On or about March 3, 2015, the pulley and belt drive for the ventilation fan in the processing area was not guarded to protect employees walking on the catwalk above the blast freezers, exposing employees to an amputation hazard at the ingoing nip point.
