29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above the floor or platform were not enclosed: On or about October 08, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that sprockets and chains were enclosed, exposing employees to the hazard of being caught in the sprockets and chains. a. In the Saw Department on the #2 Saw, the sprocket and chain for the casting roller was not enclosed. b. In the End Plate Area on the #2 Mold Oven, the sprocket and chain for the over door was not enclosed.
