29 CFR 1926.1101(m)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not institute a medical surveillance program for all employees who for a combined total of 30 or more days per year are engaged in Class I, II and III work or are exposed at or above a permissible exposure limit or when no negative exposure assessment was available The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to asbestos hazards associated with abatement and removal activities. The condition was most recently observed on or about November 2nd, 2018 at the facility located at 137 Hale Library, Manhattan, KS 66506. The employer did not ensure a medical surveillance program was in place for employees who were completing Class II asbestos work for 30 days or more.
