29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located within 8 feet of the floor had live parts exposed to employee contact. On 5/27/15, in the Saw Mill, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards as electrical equipment had no covers exposing inner live parts. Instances included: 1 - Light switch Parts Trailer Missing cover 2 - Busted receptacle Separator Platform 3 - Light switch Missing cover Planer Mill Platform (at end of stacker line) In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
