29 CFR 1910.213(s)(6): Cleanliness around woodworking machinery was not maintained to prevent fire hazards: a) Sawmill, on or about 4/14/15: There was an accumulation of wood dust throughout the sawmill around saws and in the cellar of the sawmill. b) Rough Mill, Front Room, on or about 4/15/15: There was an accumulation of wood dust around the Cain panel saw, Komo CNC router 508R and the Komo CNC router 508Q. c) Wood Shop, on or about 4/15/15: There was an accumulation of wood dust around the timesaver machine. d) Finishing, Upfront, Hand Sand, on or about 4/16/15: There was an accumulation of wood dust on the motor for the lift. e) UFB Bldg., on or about 4/16/15: There was an accumulation of wood dust around the Northwood CNC router. f) UFB Bldg., on or about 4/16/15: There was an accumulation of wood dust around the Tannewitz bandsaw created by the exhaust pipe being disconnected. g) UFB Bldg., Second floor, on or about 4/16/15: There was an accumulation of wood dust around the belt sanding machine on the floor, motors, and horizontal surfaces.
