29 CFR 1910.335(a)(2)(ii): When normally enclosed live parts were exposed for maintenance or repair, they were not guarded to protect unqualified persons from contact with the live parts: a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Building 11, Extrusion: The employer did not provide barricades or warnings when unqualified employees worked in close proximity to live electrical equipment including, but not limited to, the Sutton 4 electrical trough, observed on or about 2/24/2017. b) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Die Correction: The employer did not provide barricades or warnings when unqualified employees worked in close proximity to live electrical equipment including, but not limited to unattended open live electrical panels, observed on or about 2/28/2017. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
