29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. a) On or about May 12, 2016, in Building 155, B-Line, Station 7, Column H:10, the white control box for the rollers had a cord with no strain relief exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. b) On or about May 12, 2016, in Building 155, Layout Department, the Chicago Shear had a cord with no strain relief exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. c) On or about May 12, 2016, in Building 129, A-Line, pedestal fan had a bad cord with no strain relief exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. d) On or about May 12, 2016, in Building 129, A-Line, white electrical box for the turn rollers had a cord with no strain relief exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. e) On or about May 31, 2016, in Building 210, Warehouse, TPI pedestal fan had no strain relief exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
