29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Throughout the facility: The employer did not provide and enforce the use of electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for employees working on energized live equipment. Personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, fire resistant clothing, electrically rated hard hats, electrically rated gloves, face shields and/or safety glasses based on voltage exposure were not provided. Employees exposure ranged from 110 Volts through 4160 Volts, observed on or about 2/24/2017. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
