29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(3): Treads for temporary stairway service were not installed the full width and/or depth of the stair. a- Stairs Leading To & From The 6th Floor, 642 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn NY: On or about 1/14/16 site workers were exposed to trip and fall hazards when using stairs whose tread depth was not uniform. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
