29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that only qualified persons were working on energized circuits and that qualified persons were familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials, and insulated tools. On 2/4/15, at Plant 4, employees working in Press 1 480v electrical panel were not qualified persons familiar with proper use of special precautionary techniques, ppe, insulating and shielding materials and insulated tools. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
