29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Road, Garden City, GA 31408 in Warehouse 1: On or about December 16, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program was not developed, implemented, or maintained in the workplace when employees worked with or used hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, liquid propane, Argon, and SSAE 75W-90 Full Synthetic Gear Oil.
