29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed. At the facility, the employer did not ensure conductors/wiring were protected from abrasion and exposed employees to fire and electrical shock hazards in the following locations: a. Auto Booth the motor of automated conveyor; b. Auto Booth, extension cords running through holes in wall without protection; c. Manual Booth Number 1, extension cords running through hoses in wall without protection; d. Trim department, power cord of box fan; e. Trim department, metal conduit on conveyor below Forrest horizontal band saw; and f. Trim department, wiring running from motor of Forrest horizontal band saw.
