29 CFR 1926.852(a): Material was dropped to points lying outside the exterior walls of the structure which had not been effectively protected: a) At the worksite, on or about 5/9/17: Employees were directed to drop demolished material from window openings on the second and third floors from the building into a dumpster located on the ground. No chute was used and material was observed around the dumpster on the ground. No warning lines or other method to secure the impact area was present.
