29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) Near the Brewco Saw a control panel had an opening 2" in diameter on the upper right side of the electrical box open; (b) Near the Brewco Saw a control panel had an opening 1 1/2" in diamter on the lower right side of the electrical box open; and (c) On the sorting chain on the west side near the south end, the emergency stop button had a hole in the side of the box left open.
