29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space required by this standard may not be used for storage. When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded: a. On or about February 28, 2018, located in the Mandrel Hose "Geese" Finishing Room along the wall where there were two 480 disconnects, two 480 vac electrical breaker panels and an enclosed bus bar that had boxes, tools, storage cabinets, etc. stored under and on the equipment, thereby exposing the employees to an electrical shock, arc flash and/or fire hazard when performing service and maintenance on the electrical equipment.
