Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about May 5, 2015, the employer did not ensure the HEPA vacuum located in the shooting range closet was labeled as to the physical and health hazards of the lead, arsenic, and unspent gunpowder inside of the unit. b. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about May 5, 2015, the employer did not ensure the spray bottle of D Lead containing 2 butoxyethanol and sodium tripolyphosphate located near the sink in the retail area of the facility was labeled as to the physical and health hazards of the substance.
