29 CFR 1910.304(g)(6)(vi): Exposed noncurrent-carrying metal parts of cord- and plug-connected equipment that could have become energized were not grounded: On or about, November 25, 2014, in the following locations, two-wire clamp-on type lights were used: A. Main Room, Front of Shop: A two wire clamp-on light fixture was used at the Denckaert MAKA mortising machine. B. Main Room, Front of Shop: A two wire light fixture was provided at the Master disc sander. C. Main Room, Front of Shop: A two wire clamp-on light fixture was used at the Vertical band saw. D. Side Room, Front of Shop: A two wire clamp-on light fixture was used to heat the oil reservoir on the Powermatic chain mortise, model 15. E. Side Room, Rear: A two wire clamp-on light fixture was used to heat the oil reservoir on the Powermatic chain mortise.
