29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: (a) The 4 X 4 junction box below the transfer table did not have a cover; (b) The junction box laying on the floor below the roller case near the edger saw did not have a cover; (c) The e-stop duplex switches on the chain sort line did not have a cover; and (d) A single box with a switch that was energized was hanging by the electrical cord with no cover plate.
