29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) The foot pedal that was located to the east of the Brewco Band Saw did not have a strain relief and wire connector at the pedal end of the electrical cord; (b) The foot pedal that was located to the east of the Brewco Band Saw did not have a strain relief at the box end opposite of the foot pedal; (c) Other wiring entering the box located on the floor below the roller casing east of the Brewco Band Saw were not protected by strain relief; and (d) A switch in an outlet box was hanging by the wiring and not protected from damage by some form of strain relief.
