29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Temporary electrical power was used to provide lighting in lieu of permanent wiring at the Brewco Band Saw; (b) Temporary electrical power was used to provide service to a light hanging over the transfer roller casings; and (c) A drop cord was used to provide service to run the pump for dispensing fuel from an above ground storage tank.
