29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley which were seven (7) or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards: The employer does not ensure that pulley(s) seven feet or less from the floor level are fully enclosed by guards. This violation was observed on or about February 3, 2015, in the compressor room of the fin tube area, where employees were exposed caught-in hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure pulley(s) 42 inches or less from the floor level are fully enclosed
