29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers and importers did not obtain or develop a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they produced or imported. The employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. Central Paper Stock, Inc. located at 6665 Jonas Place in Berkeley, MO 63134: The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical hazards. This condition was most recently observed on or about 10/26/2021, when the employer failed to obtain or develop a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in the workplace to include, but not limited to liquid propane gas.
