29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Services, feeders, and branch circuits. Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident: a. On or about April 19, 2018, located in the Vulcanizing Department, there was a 480 electrical panel box that was not marked to indicate the purpose of each breaker, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with the equipment supplied by breaker box. b. On or about April 19, 2018, located in the Lab, there were two breaker boxes that did not have labeling for the electrical panel boxes along the center of the wall behind the oven to identify the purpose of the breakers, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with the equipment supplied by the breaker boxes.
